HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (RESEARCH)

WILL MAKE AN IMPACTPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports a Tier 2/Tier 3 desktop services support team providing:On-call desktop software and on-call support for a broad user baseEnd user device support for workstations, monitors, client devices, voice devices, printers, scanners, plotters and personal IT devicesDesktop image managementHome directory and profile support servicesOperations services for directory, authentication and user account managementDNS/DHCP domain servicesPatch management support for windows devices across multiple networksPerforms advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packagesDevelops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architecturesWHAT YOU'

Education and Experience:
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree5+ years of related experienceRecommended Skills and Abilities: Works seamlessly in a team environmentExperience using Service+Software Deployment and Network PatchingScripting experienceDemonstrated experience supporting Windows & Linux environmentsLocation: Customer SiteUS Citizenship RequiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:
