Job summary
This is a job as a team member at Michaels. The team member will be responsible for delivering customer service, helping customers shop, and finding what they're looking for.The job includes various tasks such as completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store,
Providing fast and friendly checkout experience;
Engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards;
Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey;
Assisting with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS);
Participating in truck unload stocking planogram process;
