- Required to represent the company with professional attire-i.e., company provided shirts that are clean at the start of work and include the ISE identification.
- Required to maintain company vehicles in an acceptable operational manner and interior and exterior cleanliness all times.
- Shop and yard areas to be maintained at all times with an organized and professional manner.
- Consistently punctual to work.
- Will endeavor to be flexible in their schedule to meet the needs of ISE.
- If unable to be at work on time, all company policies must be met.
- Must be able to legally work in the US.
- Lifting capacity of 50 lbs.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Schedules maintenance of ISE vehicles including tire pressure, oil levels, lights, and other scheduled maintenance.
- Self-motivated to work as part of the team to ensure the timely progression of a project.
- Follow oral and written directions.
- Read and write at a level appropriate to the classification.
- Has knowledge of standard procedures within the electrical contractor field as well as understanding of materials within the field.
- Communicate daily with the Procurement Manager.
- Consistently meets established performance standards.
- Ability to receive and be proactive with constructive criticism while at work and to apply the newly gained knowledge accordingly.
- Willingness to complete all tasks assigned by supervisors, even if unfamiliar, unless the task will directly affect safety or disrupt production.
- Monitor emails from vendors, project managers, and foreman.
- Coordinate with project managers and foreman on delivery times.
- Schedule and coordinates delivery of assets to the field.
- Prepare materials and required project documents for delivery to job site.
- Set and maintain cycle counts, vehicles, tools, and Panel Shop.
- Understand NetSuite, Procore inventory management and all its components.
- Ensure hard copies are kept for filing, soft copies are entered and current.
- Protective footwear, steel-toe boots, will be worn in the ISE Shop at all times. (OSHA
- Safety is paramount for all job tasks and situations as stated in Company IIPP (Injury & Illness Prevention Program). No exceptions. Short cuts will not be tolerated.
- Must observe safety rules by using correct tools and equipment as well as checklists to confirm that company protocol has been followed.
- Does not take risks that may endanger self and/or others.
- Maintains equipment (without conducting live work) with strict adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.
- For jobsite delivery, protective gear is required: reflective vest, safety glasses, hard hat, and work site badges.

Job DescriptionEmpowerment Scope:
To oversee and maintain an organized and functional Warehouse for Industry Standard Electric, Inc. The Warehouse Coordinator will work directly with Material Handlers and under direct supervision of the Procurement Manager. The Warehouse Coordinator will work in receiving, storing, and issuing supplies. The expectation of the Warehouse Coordinator is to manage a structured inventory system and all of it's components. You will be expected to work closely with Procurement team to ensure a smooth transition and flow of parts ordering as well as company assets in the shop and in the field.
