    Job Description
    BAE Systems is seeking a REMOTE Control Account Manager in Supply Chain in support of the Combat Mission System (CMS) business area within the Platform and Services (P&S) sector.

    Responsibilities include:

    The candidate should be a SME in EV Analysis to work with the EV Finance and Scheduling Functions to develop and maintain performance analysis on cost and schedule performance, SLAs, and the associated variance analysis as needed for the Supply chain function (weekly and monthly) be able to implement and document original baselines from proposals to award, re-baselines, and ETCs

    Read Proposals/Quotes, Purchase Orders, BOEs, the the mBOM to be able to develop cost analysis comparisons

    Work with Subcontract Administrators and Buyers for purchase order creation and maintenance. Also includes working in conjunction with Accounting for Invoice Distribution Corrections where applicable.

    Provide training and mentoring to new and existing personnel in EV Metrics, financial analysis, and understanding EV in a Production environment

    Advise and direct SCM Management and Program Management of foreseen problems and interpret Supply Chain Organization needs as required

    Interfaces and collaborates with team members, stakeholders and management to anticipate and manage changes to projects and operations, such as, but not limited to, technical requirements, manufacturing needs, and schedule changes. Communicate abnormalities or variances to project team and identify areas of Risk, Opportunity, and cost saving initiatives affecting project profitability

    Identify areas of improvement, document findings and solutions, implement process changes with Business Systems Teams

    Attend and Conduct internal EVM surveillances, IBRs, and support DCMA Surveillance Reviews.
    Review EVM artifacts such as: Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Basis of Estimates (BOE), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Authorization Documents (WAM).

    Act as a liaison between Production and Controls, Program Finance, Operations Finance, Contracts, and the Supply Chain Organization

    Assist Program Management in set up, creation of, data gathering, analysis, and interpretation of financial data (including but not limited to SDRLs, and CDRLs)

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant experience or equivalent experience
    • Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, complex, fast paced, changing Engineering and manufacturing environments
    • Ability to perform analysis in Excel using advanced level formulas and pivot tables : power query preferred
    • Experienced project management and organization skills to effectively manage timelines, customer requirements and work flow requirements
    • Possess an advanced level of understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards and Scheduling
    • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and suppliers
    • Ability to perform effectively and independently with good time management skills with minimal supervision
    • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think strategically
    • Strong relationship building abilities
    • Excellent crisis management skills
    • Demonstrate sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary, confidential, and classified information

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Working knowledge of Federal and State Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal and State Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
    • Working knowledge with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
    • Understanding prime contract flow down requirements
    • Passion for continuous improvement and lean initiatives
    • Experience with Deltek's Open Plan and Cobra, Primavera, and/or PMCompass preferred
    • Working knowledge of Operations and Build sequence within Manufacturing Environment

    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $ $121700

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
