    Job Description

As a Per Diem ABA Supervisor at Cortica, you will play a crucial role in this mission.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines
    • Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists
    • Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours
    • Monitor and update programming aspects of each client's clinical case
    • Organize and analyze data for progress report writing
    • Participate in insurance authorization reviews and department meetings
    • Live Cortica's core values and lead by example for other teammates

    Requirements

    • Availability in the afternoon and evenings from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM
    • Master's degree in a Human Services or related field
    • Current and unrestricted license/certification within the clinical domain
    • Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience with Autism
    • Experience in home-based settings and collaborating with agencies working with autistic children
    • Proficiency in software and systems, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient information security
