This position performs cashiering duties including general food service work maintains sanitation standards in the preparation service and dining room facilities Performs prep work such as washing peeling cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables Weighs and measures designated ingredients Carries pans kettles trays of food to from work stations stove refrigerator in accordance with safety standards Stores foods in designated areas following wrapping dating food safety rotation procedures Cleans work areas equipment utensils Ensures compliance with sanitation safety requirements Uses approved food recipes production standards ensuring proper quality serving temperatures standard portion control Serves customers friendly efficient manner following outlined steps of service Interacts customers resolves customer complaints friendly approach Relays relevant information supervisor Performed sales transactions Enters sales cash register purchases accurately recorded Makes change accepts declining balance cards other acceptable forms of payment Issues receipts customers Follows standard procedures issuing cash refunds Responsible all assigned change funds cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer is compliance overage shortage standar.
