    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse / RN to fill the role of Nursing Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hospital staff, ensuring quality patient care, and complying with policies and regulations. You will also be involved in program development, training, and continuing education.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversight of hospital staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Providing professional guidance, managing disciplinary issues, and preparing administrative reports.
    • Developing and implementing nursing protocols and procedures.
    • Participating in continuing education programs and staff development opportunities.

    The successful candidate will have a valid Registered Nurse / RN license in the state, BCLS and ACLS certification, and at least two years of Registered Nurse / RN experience in a hospital setting. One to two years of supervisory/leadership experience is also required.
