Our client, a global technology company is seeking a Business Financial Operations Analyst at San Jose, CA 95110.

Long Term Contract



Pay:
$60/hr.-$67/hr. DOE


Duties:

All aspects of Budget Management:
monthly Forecasting, Accruals.
Capex/Opex treatment of spends, review SOWs and PRs for processing.
Work with our suppliers to ensure invoicing are accurate, through reconciliation and approvals by business owners.
Resource Management - ensuring resource data are accurate on a daily basis.
Process improvements to improve efficiency, optimization and scale.
Reporting and Dashboarding.

Skills
Strong Excel skills - formulas, scenario building, etc.
Basic knowledge with data management
Focus on data quality - A MUST
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results.
Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail.
Self-starter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity.
Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders.
Experience in Business, Finance or Information Technology.
Excel Expert, pivot tables, analysis.
Ability to create project plans and ppt deck for executive audiences.
PowerBI is Nice to Have.


Education:
Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical work experience
