Job Details:
Provides nursing case management and delegating RN services to a caseload of individual's with autism and related disabilities, in our school and residential program.
The Delegating Registered Nurse provides services that include:assessing individuals' health needs
developing care plans
visiting homes and supervising direct support professionals in implementing delegated nursing tasks and medication administration.
Serves as liaison with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and family members.
Maintains appropriated nursing documentation including 45 day reviews.
Provides staff training.
Participates as an integral member of each individual's support team.
Must be available for on-call responsibilities, with flexibility with day/evening hours Requirements: Two (2) years' experience working in human services and with individuals with developmental disabilities Case Management or Utilization Review Certification - Highly Preferred DDA-Delegating Nurse experience preferred or must be willing to complete the MBON mandated DDA RN Case Manager/Delegating Nurse/MTTP Trainer Course within 3 months of hire Valid driver's license with clean driving record-local travel required Benefits Day 1 Health benefits (Health/Vision/Dental) Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Travel reimbursement State License reimbursement $1500 Referral bonus program Listed pay packages are based on weekly gross amounts
