As a Principal Research Scientist in the Amazon Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Data Services organization, you will be responsible for sourcing and quality of massive datasets powering Amazon's AI.
You will play a critical role in driving innovation and advancing the state-of-the-art in natural language processing and machine learning.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to extract valuable insights from large-scale data sources.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure that our AI systems are aligned with human policies and preferences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* - Masters in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
* - 10+ years of experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or a related field.
* - Expert knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
* - Familiarity with large-scale data processing and storage systems.
* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
