    Job Description

    Position Overview : The purpose of this position is to a dminister energy product or service information via written correspondence and/or telephone contact to internal or external customers , daily . Coordinate energy service appointments via telephone contact and/or written correspondence to customers , daily .

    Duties and Responsibilities :

    Include but are not limited to
    • Handle customer calls in a timely , and professional , manner
    • Process payments, orders and requests accurately
    • Reconcile, process and file necessary paperwork
    • Process electronic files , via email
    • Compile and submit finalized documentation
    • Receive orders from drivers, salespeople or customers
    • Download reports
    • Manage/verify truck DOT files
    Skills and Qualifications :
    • Strong verbal, and written, communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within strict time frames
    • Detail oriented with the ability to process work accurately with minimal errors
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong analy tical skills
    • Ability to work without supervision and make appropriate decisions
    • Work well in a team environment
    • Ability to left 35 lbs
    Education and Experience :
    • High school diploma or equivalent
