    Our amazing team at Garrett Mechanical in Marietta, GA is actively hiring a full-time Commercial and Residential HVAC Installer to install equipment for our residential and commercial clients. Keep reading to learn about our excellent workplace

    This heating and air conditioning position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 to $120,000 per year. We provide great benefits and perks, including:

    SCHEDULE

    This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. We offer a flexible work schedule

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER

    As a Commercial and Residential HVAC Installer, you're our leader who gives our customers the awesome service they expect from us You head out to customers' homes and offices to expertly switch out their HVAC gear. As the team leader, you show up on-site and delegate duties to your crew, making sure everyone has what they need to complete their jobs. You keep a close eye on the progress and make adjustments as needed to keep things running like clockwork.

    You're also great at connecting with clients and answering questions or concerns during the project. When you're done, you leave the area even cleaner than you found it and keep records of what your team achieved. You enjoy knowing you gave customers peace of mind and led your team to victory


    QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER

    Do you pay attention to detail and follow instructions accurately? Are you a team player who can also work well independently? Can you balance multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines? If yes, you might just be perfect for this heating and air conditioning position We also look for:

    • 3+ years of experience as an installation lead
    • Experience with removing old equipment, installing new equipment, and maintaining accurate records
    • Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs
