    Job Description Summary:
    The Learning and Development Associate plays a key role in supporting the Learning and Development function in HR. This position assists in the development and implementation of learning solutions designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, ultimately contributing to the organization's overall success.

    Job Description:

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Curriculum Design:
    • Assist in the design and development of learning programs and curriculum based on organizational needs and goals.
    • Benchmark, and research best practices in learning and development programs for KISS Group.
    • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning content, and other resources.
    Training Delivery:
    • Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and webinars, either in-person or virtually, ensuring a positive learning experience for participants.
    • Assist with training facilitation, engagement coordination, and execution.
    Learning Technology:
    • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms to manage training content and track participant progress.
    • Manage learning credits as a record of learning activities.
    Corporate Culture:
    • Assist in the development of training programs and resources to help employees better understand and embrace the company's culture.
    Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Assist in the design and implementation of assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    Administrative Support:
    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials and resources.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Strong interest in Learning & Development functions in human resources.
    • Familiar with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content creation.
    • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or related software.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design).

    The anticipated compensation range is
    USD Hourly
    Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
