Job summary
The Field Reliability Engineering team is on a mission to enhance the customer experience by identifying and resolving field issues. Collaborating with a wide range of engineering teams, this group analyzes millions of service and repair records to uncover actionable insights and improve Tesla's products.Responsibilities
- Analyze service and vehicle data to extract actionable insights, identify field failure trends, and drive product improvements- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and CI/CD workflows for data processing and analysis- Build and enhance applications and tools leveraging Splunk, Spark, Python,and Kubernetes- Create dashboards
and visualizations using Tableau,
MATLAB or Plotly to communicate trends
& findings effectively - Conduct statistical analyses to quantify reliability risks
& detect emerging trends- Support
& troubleshoot application-level issues
& ensure robust system performance- Maintain?< br >& improve data systems,
