    Position Summary

    Responsible for growing Lee Kum Kees digital business through creating digital-enabled demand, including forming consumer-centric digital product portfolio strategies, managing and optimizing the company's digital marketing communication channels and content, and ensuring optimal digital demand fulfillment.

    Essential Functions

    1. Developing and implementing digital demand generation strategies that align with the business' goals and objectives
    2. Working with Insights team to develop digital consumer insights via conducting social listening
    3. Creating and managing social media campaigns across various platforms to achieve digital business channels sales targets
    4. Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and making adjustments as needed
    5. Assisting the formation of digital demand fulfillment strategies and implementation
    6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
    7. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and making recommendations for constant improvement
    8. Managing relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the business's digital marketing needs are met
    9. Developing and managing budgets for digital marketing initiatives

    COMPETENCIES

    • Comprehensive experience in E-commerce from setting up E-shop pages, running promotions, managing customer reviews and complaints to loyalty management
    • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with solid CAN-DO attitude
    • Leadership skills to drive non-reporting teams to work toward the common goal
    • Effective communication and influencing skills, including presentation and writing skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible in work schedule

    SUPERVISORY RESPONBILITIES

    This position does not have immediate supervisory role yet will need to manage subordinates when the team expands as the business continues to grow. Supervisory role will include but not limit to the performance management and hiring of the employees within that function.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a related field can be an advantage.
    • 5+ years of work experience in running E-shops is essential. Combined experience could include managing E-shop operation, website development, search engine optimization, and other digital marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important for collaborating with other team members, managing projects, and communicating with agencies.
    • Strong analytical skills are necessary for analyzing data, monitoring E-shop performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Ability to work within an integrated operating team and coach peers in executing complex programs, deal with ambiguity and manage conflict.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    • The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
    • Fluency in Chinese (verbal and written) is a plus.

    TRAVEL

    This position requires up to 25% travel; most travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel may be international.
