- Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral degree from anaccredited college or university in the area of OccupationalTherapy is required.
- All modalities/equipmentused by an Occupational Therapy Assistant as outlined by the TexasExecutive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational TherapyExaminers.
- Licensed as an OccupationalTherapist by the State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners ofTexas.
- BLS certification isrequired.
- Must also successfully completethe pre-employment/post job offer health screening examination andthe annual screening, each year thereafter as anemployee.

Assists with supervising and coordinating theOccupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant Studentprograms.
