    Position: Associate EPC Project Manager

    Contract Duration: Until 12/05/2025 with a high possibility of extension

    Location: Hybrid, with 3 days/week in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), preferably at Parnall in Jackson, MI, but will consider other office locations across Michigan. Travel to job sites will be required.

    Job Summary:

    As an Associate EPC Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities for Electric Distribution projects. You will be responsible for managing small-scale projects involving both HVD and LVD lines and substations, ensuring their timely completion within budget and meeting quality objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support project planning, implementation, quality control, status reporting, and closure for assigned projects.
    • Assist in the development and management of project execution plans, including scheduling key deliverable milestones.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, and external agencies, effectively communicating project schedules and negotiating as needed.
    • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and constraints affecting project execution, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies.
    • Contribute to financial forecasts and ongoing reconciliation of project resources and expenditures.
    • Adhere to the Project Lifecycle Process (PLP) standards, preparing plans, schedules, and other project management deliverables.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Project Management Institute PM knowledge areas, including but not limited to: Project Integration Management, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management, and Stakeholder Management.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • General knowledge and understanding of electric distribution lines and substations.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project stakeholders.
    • 0-2 years of overall relevant work experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
