    Job DescriptionDescriptionDescription: As a Receptionist at TMZ Events, you will be the welcoming face of our company, creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and team members. Your professionalism and organizational skills will ensure the smooth operation of our front office, supporting our team and enhancing our client experience.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
    • Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
    • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
    • Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
    • Provide general information about the company and its services.
    • Support the team with various tasks as needed.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
