    About the Job Description-

    Engineer who is responsible for the providing L2 and L3 support for all voice related issues. Engineer should have Strong Knowledge and experience of LAN and WAN networks, VOIP and SIP Protocols.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    · L2 and L3 Support for all voice related issues

    · Resolves/close assigned tickets within agreed SLA.

    · Maintain all PBX's, Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, etc.

    · Manage and configure all Adds, Moves and Changes.

    · Troubleshoot and resolve all PBX's issues.

    · Maintain all Analog lines, PRI's, all Microsoft Teams voice lines, all voice lines, 800 numbers.

    · Troubleshoot, open, and manage all tickets with Telco for issues and outages.

    · Pure cloud: setup users, call queues, call routing, port numbers, built Architects, Setup SMS, Email, CRM. Screen recordings.

    Skills:

    · Troubleshoot and resolve all Genesys Pure cloud issues.

    · Microsoft Teams Voice: setup users, build Call Queues, Auto Attendants, port numbers, assign calling plans, Configure Teams common area phones.

    · Troubleshoot and resolve all Microsoft Teams voice issues.

    · Maintain all Voice and Data cabling – manage installations of all new CAT6 or Fiber, set up repairs of all cabling issues.

    · Weekly Meetings with IT management

    Requirement:

    · Avaya Engineer - Expert knowledge.

    · Pure Cloud Admin - Expert knowledge

    · Microsoft Teams Voice Admin – Expert knowledge

    · Strong Knowledge and experience of LAN and WAN networks

    · Strong Knowledge and experience of VOIP and SIP Protocols
