- Plan and direct tasks
- Expert knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle Support, process improvement, cost estimating/software benefit-cost analysis, and enterprise risk management.
- Review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
- Perform supervisory duties to monitor and evaluate performance, establish priorities, adjust workload and advise and counsel subordinates.
- Determine resource requirements and costs
- Prepare and produce schedules
- Assign tasks to subordinates
- Monitor progress of tasks and preparing progress reports
- Review products before delivery
- Communicate with all levels of management orally and in writing
- Resolve complex problems that impact system availability
- Active Secretsecurity clearance required
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology
- Expert understanding of Agile methodologies
- 8 years combined relevant experience project management support
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- PMP/PMI certification
- Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
- Agile or Scrum certification
