Occupational TherapistMasters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or universityCurrent Texas state license to practice occupational therapyExperience in pediatrics requiredHome health experience preferredBilingual in Spanish a plusResponsibilities:Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician ordersDefine patients degree and type of physical, fine motor, and sensory impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instrumentsInterpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reportsIn collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct the team in specific occupational therapy modalities and interventionsPlan for and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventionsEducate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with a total occupational therapy programMay provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantsBenefits: Full time employees eligible for the following:Comprehensive medical/vision/dental Voluntary Benefits
