In this role, you'll be responsible for a business segment, spearhead operational excellence through innovative network optimization, process enhancement initiatives, and the development of new business solutions.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Identify optimization opportunities

Lead Data Analysis and Reporting
Extract data from multiple database systems
Monitor key business performance metrics

Collaborate with Supply Chain teams
Develop and implement standardized processes

Project Management
Lead medium to large-scale initiatives
Ensure alignment with business objectives
Drive projects from conception to completion
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
