    Job Title: Office Services Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Services Coordinator at Beacon Hill. This position is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Purchasing and stocking office supplies, including kitchen essentials
    • Receiving and sorting daily deliveries from UPS, USPS, and FedEx
    • Submitting work orders for repairs and maintenance of general office space
    • Scheduling meeting rooms and coordinating logistics
    • Scheduling equipment repairs with vendors
    • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • At least 2 years of experience in corporate office administration or white-glove hospitality industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Superb organizational and time management skills
