- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals across Windows and macOS environments.
- Deploy and manage iOS devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Configure user profiles, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory.
- Maintain and update device software and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on all platforms.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide firstline and advanced support to users across all platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Document support interactions for future reference and improvement.
- Train and educate users on new technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with other IT teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with users and colleagues.
- Collaborate on developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
