    The National Informatics Service Support Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for customer support of all Informatics products.

    This position is part of the National Service and Support for Informatics located in North America and will be fully remote At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

    You will be a part of the National Informatics Escalations Team and report to the National Service Support Informatics Supervisor responsible for complex escalations related to our middleware products.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products, or IT solutions including electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts.
    • Diagnose system failures and determine most cost effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.
    • Responsible for customer technical support calls and may develop new customer service/product agreements.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • Associate degree in science, IT, or medical technology
    • 3+ years of related experience in a clinical lab environment, or with a clinical LIS.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Bachelor's degree in science or preferably Medical Technology in with experience in a laboratory environment preferred.
    • Laboratory workflow and operations with a background as a medical technologist being ideal. (use of Beckman Coulter instrumentation systems during that time a bonus)
    • Programming, networking, databases, and/or LIS implementation/development.

    The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $80,000-90,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
