    Job Overview

    As a Finance Associate, you will primarily work closely with Management across the company to track revenue and costs by project (study) & region.

    Day to day activities include financial reporting, KPI tracking, accounts payable & receivable management, alongside supporting quarterly departmental priorities and projects.

    This role requires a high attention to detail, as well as strong communication and problem solving skills.


    NOTE:
    This is an onsite, full time (M-F), benefits-eligible position located within New Orleans, LA. No remote or hybrid seeking applicants please. Preference will be given to local applicants.


    What You Will Do:
    Liaise with clinical sites across the US regarding finances and budgeting
    Track Profit/Loss performance by site & region
    Update financials of ongoing clinical studies
    KPI reporting & tracking
    Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management
    Reconciliation, preparation and presentation of financial data and reporting
    Other tasks as assigned in alignment with quarterly departmental goals

    Skills Needed to Win
    Required
    :
    Bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Economics
    Required
    :
    At least 2 years work experience as a Financial Analyst or Accountant
    Required
    :
    Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge inclusive of demonstrable proficiency of pivot tables, IFs, LOOKUPs, FILTER, etc
    Required
    :
    Highly analytical and strong, effective communicator
    Required
    :
    Friendly, driven, coachable attitude, someone who takes pride and ownership in their work product

    Required:
    High level attention to detail with a strong emphasis on touch it once accuracy
    Preferred
    :
    Visualization experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau
    Preferred

    QuickBooks Online experience

    Preferred
    :
    Previous research or healthcare operations experience
