--Requirements:

--Minimum 3 years experience in Production Manager role

--Background in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.

--Computer skills knowledge - Excel and other production software

--Must demonstrate leadership and coaching skills.

--Experience with budgeting, manpower planning, scheduling

--Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

--Must have flexibility with daily, weekly, or seasonal demands.
