    The Operations Rotating General Analyst role represents an opportunity to learn, gain experience, and perform analyst duties as you rotate across multiple Operations teams. The Operations General Analyst will work closely with numerous department Mangers, project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to help deliver exceptional client service and successful project execution. The specific asks of this role will vary depending on team assignment, however the general responsibilities, requirements, and skills below outline aspects of an individual ripe for success on any of our Operations teams.

    • Analytical ability – Able to effectively review information and data in order to identify issues and opportunities
    • Communication – Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing amongst all levels across the firm
    • Time Management – Working efficiently and planning how to divide your time between different tasks and projects
    • Building Relationships – Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize analytical skills to identify possible process and workflow enhancements
    • Provide task-driven and project coordination support to the Department Manager or Project Manager.
    • Perform assigned workflow tasks from inception to completion with minimal assistance.
    • Cross-train with other Senior Associates to provide back-up coverage for critical functions.
    • Provide training for associates, when necessary.
    • Allocate team resources to ensure the smooth and timely processing of all work items handled by the team.
    • Updating client information
    • Participating in assigned projects as needed

    • Effective problem- solving skills with an ability to provide solutions in a pro-active, timely manner.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms when needed

    This role will be hybrid, the individual will work approximately three days per week in-office.
