Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Manager to oversee the supervision of concessions and event bar employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff, managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high-quality beverage service. Additionally, they will direct beverage storage, preparation, and serving of refreshments, assign bartenders to locations, and reconcile point-of-sale events. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise concessions and event bar employees in beverage preparation, serving, and clean-up
* Conduct training sessions for bartenders on beverage set up, drink recipes, and quality control
* Purchase alcoholic beverages based on demand and customer preferences
* Manage beverage storage, preparation, and serving
* Assign bartenders to locations for events
* Reconcile point-of-sale events to determine accurate inventory and cash deposits

Requirements:

* 2-4 years' experience in beverage management or a related field
* High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* ServSafe Manager Certificate, ServSafe Alcohol, and ServSafe Allergens certifications required
