- Current LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the State of New York.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a long-term care setting or a new graduate with the desire to learn.
- Knowledgeable DOH/CMS regulations and Electronic Health Records preferred.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
- Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor residents' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
- Communicate with residents' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.

We are seeking to fill the position of Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN.
** Hourly Pay range = $34.15 to $36.87 based on experience plus an addl. 10% for evening & night shift **
** All Shifts: Full and Part-Time (4 and 3 days/week) and Perdiem ($38.08/hour) **
