    • This job is a member of the Payroll Operations team within the Finance division
    • Supports accurate and timely reporting of payroll taxes on a pay period, quarterly and annual basis for both US and Canada

    What you'll do

    • Entry of payroll tax data into the payroll system
    • Supports the distribution and organization of payroll tax inquiries and information requests from team members and other departments
    • Supports payroll operations for tax related issues
    • Provides support for payroll tax related reconciliations and reporting of data
    • Compiles information, research of issues, and timely correspondence with other departments or team members

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent training/experience
    • 1 year of work experience

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Associate's degree or higher preferred
    • Prior payroll experience a plus

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word)
    • Above average customer experience and organizational skills
    • Ability to work as a team player in a high stress environment
    • Use of analytical skills to identify and address potential issues
    • Ability to explain and interpret complex payroll information to employees at all levels of the organization
    • Experience with payroll systems (SAP preferred)
