Come join our team at Breckenridge Brewery Our restaurant in Littleton is the place to be this summer We are currently hiring for all BOH positions, including line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. We are seeking team oriented candidates with positive attitudes and the ability to perform under pressure. Experience in high volume kitchens in preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties

Assisting with stocking and cleaning kitchen stations

Adhering to recipes provided by the chef team

Making the menu items in a timely manner

Learning and following opening and closing procedures

Following proper kitchen procedures, making sure that health code standards are being followed at all times

Communicating with management team to ensure we have the product that we need

**Job Qualifications**

**Skills-** Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts

Ability to lift 30 plus pounds

Exceptional time management and organization skills

Ability to use all standard kitchen equipment

???????Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
