    Room Attendant Position at Stanly Ranch

    Stanly Ranch is a Napa Ranch focusing on promoting holistic wellbeing through an immersive agricultural experience. We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay with us.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
    • Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms for prompt resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
    • Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and ensuring a comfortable stay.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of one year of Housekeeping experience.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on department needs.
    • Previous experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
    • Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
