- Execute quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to verify compliance with quality requirements in accordance with ASME, AS9100D and ISO 9000.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures, including documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, deviations, and non-conformances in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with QA Manager to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and prevent reoccurrence.
- Participate in the development and revision of SOPs, quality procedures, and training materials as needed.
- Perform risk assessments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and quality system certifications as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of GMP principles, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools, methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Knowledge of commercial aerospace industry and inspection, destructive and non-destructive testing.
