    Job Summary:


    Mitchell Subaru, a leading automotive dealership in Canton, Connecticut, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Subaru Finance Manager.

    This is a full-time position within the automobile industry that involves managing the financing and insurance activities of the dealership.

    As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, maximizing profit opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance department
    • Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and maximize profit and customer satisfaction
    • Develop relationships with financial institutions and negotiate rates and terms to secure financing for customers
    • Accurately complete paperwork for financing and DMV transactions
    • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to financing and insurance
    • Train and supervise finance department staff
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the financing process
    • Handle any customer concerns or issues related to financing in a professional and efficient manner
    • Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices to improve department processes and profitability

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry
    • Knowledge and understanding of financing and insurance regulations
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
    • Detailoriented and able to accurately complete paperwork and financial calculations
