    Mad City Windows and Baths is looking for an Human Resources Manager to join our growing Human Resources team in MadisonThe HR Manager administers and delegates the activities relating to employee relations, onboarding, unemployment, workers comp, and organizational structure

    Essential Functions:

    Manages day to day operations of Human Resources team for all employeesExplains company personnel policies and procedures to employees and managersExamines employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actionsAssists the HR Director with low-medium level employee issuesProvides information to authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies, in compliance with Mad City confidentiality practices and HIPAA regulationsDevelops and/or maintains descriptions for all new jobs, reviewing and update job descriptions as neededAssists and supports HR Assistant Managers with Onboarding, employee concerns and backlog as neededCreate reports for executive staff including but not limited to headcount reporting, turnover reporting, OT reporting, etcAdminister HR files and collect HR information as requiredAssist with Unemployment claims, paperwork, and hearingsMaintains the confidentiality of the HR department regarding employee disclosures and issuesManages the HR regional team members and specific support staffAny and all other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree or Higher5+ years or more of Human Resource experienceMust have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situationsStrong understanding of Human Resources processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and procedures, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit proceduresDemonstrates exceptional analytical skills and ability to create useful and actionable reports from dataPossess strong written and verbal communications skillsPossess strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadlinesStrong attention to detail and ability to edit and proofreadPossess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skillsHas shown ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, ability to provide excellent customer service a mustProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAny other duties as assigned by the Manager of Human ResourceWho We Are :Mad City Windows and Baths is one of the fastest-growing remodeling companies in the USA that is rapidly expanding its services across the USA.
