The nurse manager assists in developing and sustaining an environment of excellence in patient/family service.
Collaborates with interprofessional team to ensure excellence in quality, patient experience,and efficiency.
- Fosters a culture embedded in NYULHs tripartite mission: to serve,to teach,and to discover.
- Collaborates with nurse manager on interviewsand ensures that employees are appropriately selected,on-boarded oriented educatedand evaluated.
