- What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A familiarization with SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A general knowledge of the contract process at commercial level.
- An ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to a very high level of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay rate: $18 -$20 /hour DOE.
Contract - W2 Non-Exempt
Summary:
The Contract Operations team is responsible for the processing of all Client's revenue-generating contracts from receipt to system filing as well as creating and maintaining customer master records within the Client's systems.
This role relies heavily on the candidate's ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while maintaining an exceptionally high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The role involves dealing with many different internal Client departments and is a critical element of the Client's quote-to cash process.
The team's main focus is providing worldwide support for customer master creation and maintenance.
