    ```Duties```

    • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
    • Oversee and coordinate kitchen operations
    • Assist in menu planning and development
    • Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards
    • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Train and supervise kitchen staff
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
    ```Qualifications```

    • Previous experience in catering or restaurant kitchens
    • Strong knowledge of food handling techniques and knife skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Menu planning experience is a plus
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations
    • Dietary aide experience is a plus


    As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, preparing meals, ensuring food quality, and training kitchen staff.
