    AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-established, non-invasive General Cardiology practice in Central New York to recruit a Cardiology APP(NP) for a 100% outpatient role.

    Located less than an hour east of Syracuse, this physician-led practice offers strong mentorship, predictable patient volume, minimal call, and no inpatient or procedural responsibilities; an ideal opportunity for an APP seeking long-term growth, stability, and work-life balance in cardiology.

    Collaborative Care Model– APPs independently evaluate new and established patients, develop treatment plans, and partner closely with the cardiologist for plan review and patient education
    Predictable Patient Volume– Approximately 12 scheduled visits per day
    Structured Training & Mentorship– Comprehensive onboarding period of 1–3 months with direct physician support to ensure confidence and long-term success
