Description

1st shift (7:00 a.m., to 3:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

•Candidate must maintain and operate shop machinery at a high level. Perform all tooling maintenance to support production operations. Assist with intricate set-ups of shop machines.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Operate/maintain shop machinery (i.e. CNC, lathe, surface grinder, saws).

• Read blueprints/ assure quality to print.

• Able to read/maintain measuring tools.

• Troubleshoot/set-up secondary applications of parts to print.

• Work to/hold tenths)

• Equipment Maintenance Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

• Equipment Selection Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.

• Installation Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.

• Operation Monitoring Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

• Operation and Control Controlling operations of equipment or systems.

• Programming Writing computer programs for parts that require CNC operation.

• Quality Control Analysis Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

• Designing jigs/fixtures in order to meet secondary applications for parts to print.
