    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engines and mechanical systems, with a passion for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles and equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including but not limited to trucks, buses, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery.
    2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
    3. Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and develop appropriate repair strategies.
    4. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex engine and vehicle systems.
    5. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance procedures.
    6. Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete repair jobs and meet deadlines.
    7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
    8. Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and hours worked for billing and reporting purposes.
    9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel engine technology through training and professional development opportunities.
    10. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or degree in diesel mechanics is preferred.
    2. Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, with hands-on work in the field.
    3. Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel injection, ignition, and exhaust systems.
    4. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and computerized testing equipment.
    5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Physical stamina and dexterity to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks.
    8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    9. Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
    10. Commitment to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
