- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, math, and other subjects as needed.
- Assist students with special needs or disabilities in accessing and participating in classroom activities and lessons.
- Implement behavior management techniques and support students in developing appropriate social skills and behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student learning goals.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the supervising teacher or team members.
- CPI or Right Response Training preferred
- Background Check

- High school diploma or higher
- Must be open to working 1:1 and/or supporting classroom
- Must be flexible with school site changes if needed
- Must be comfortable working with SPED population
