Hemet Hills Post Acute is a newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in Hemet, CA With 178 beds, servicing both short- and long-term patients; we are looking for the best nurses and staff to join our team.

CNA Job Duties:
Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities
Document care provided
Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.
Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately
Interact and support other staff within the facility
Required Qualifications:
