    Job Description: General Utility, RAW Production - Sandridge Crafted Foods Morton, IL

    This role demands physical stamina and a keen eye for detail, as you'll be working in a fast-paced, chilly production environment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    - Quality Control: Ensure our products meet our exacting standards through careful inspection.

    - Packaging: Operate filling machines with precision to package our products securely.

    - Production Line Support: Keep the production line running smoothly by assisting with various tasks.

    - Packaging and Labeling: Safely package and label our products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    - Recipe Execution: Follow recipes diligently to produce consistently delicious soups.

    Job Requirements:

    - Physical Fitness: Comfortably lift up to 50 pounds and work in cold, wet conditions.

    - Effective Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with your team and supervisors.

    Working Hours:

    - 2nd Shift Position: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Shift starts at 1:30 PM.
