- A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years' experience as an IT Project Manager
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in agile projects
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Adaptable and a proactive in identifying and addressing project risks and challenges
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with individuals from various technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- A customer-focused mindset to ensure that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and address business needs effectively
