Job summary
We re looking for a detail oriented and motivated senior accountant to join our growing finance team.
This role will play a key part in supporting financial reporting month end close and day to day accounting operations during an important transition period for the company.What You ll Do
Maintain the accounting records in netsuite while also working cross functionally with the accounts receivable and payable team
Own the month end close process including journal entries accruals and reconciliations
Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with compiling and preparing month end financial statements for the management team including variance analysis against prior period and budget
Review payroll entries and other recurring transactions for accuracy and completeness
Assist with external audits by preparing schedules reconciliations
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
