    If you are a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Greensboro, NC!

    Job Details:

    • Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing
    • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
    • Duration: 13-week contract
    • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
    • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
    • Pay: Negotiable based on budget
    • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k after 90 days
    • Mileage Reimbursement: Provided

    Job Duties:

    • Provide direct nursing care to patients at home
    • Perform assessments and develop care plans
    • Administer medications and procedures
    • Educate patients and families on health management
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
    • Document patient care in Homecare Homebase
    • Participate in on-call and weekend shifts

    Job Requirements:

    • Active North Carolina RN license
    • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Minimum of 1 year home health experience
    • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase
    • Reliable transportation for patient visits
    • Completion of Joint Commission onboarding

    Location Details: Greensboro offers a mix of historic and modern attractions, including art galleries, museums, and theaters. There are cultural events throughout the year and outdoor activities like hiking and biking available.

    Note: This contract role requires candidates with home health experience and proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase.
