    As a Senior Diagnostic and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for delivering hospitality by ensuring par excellence of our vehicles.

    Your primary focus will be performing advanced diagnosis and repairs on Volvo vehicles including Hybrid and BEV powertrains.

    Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to service their vehicle.

    This position is for technicians who seek to apply their skills, knowledge, aptitude, and experience towards advanced diagnostic and repair work.

    This position is not for maintenance driven technicians. You will express your mechanical and technical acumen by producing quality results.
    Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

    Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and ManagersPerform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to ensure customer loyaltyCommunicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communicationDiagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the customerConduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehiclesDocument work performed on each vehicle on the repair orderKeep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriateProvide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyaltyAchieve targeted Customer Satisfaction IndexSkills Needed to Win:Advanced Volvo training certifications including BEV and HybridAbility to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targetsTalent for vehicle problem solving10+ years of prior automotive diagnostic, and repair experience requiredA team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
