The Foster Care Case Manager (FCCM) Supervisor provides supervision, support, case consultation, and training to the Foster Care Case Managers.The FCCM Supervisor will conduct regular case reviews, ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements, and assist in identifying available resources to address the needs of individuals and families we serve.
Education:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a relevant related field
Schedule:
- Hybrid-Remote Flexibility: The majority of your tasks will occur remotely or in the field, with 1-3 days designated for in-office responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old to apply.
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid auto insurance.
Experience / Skills:
- Experience working with children and families in a trauma informed environment.
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to work well with both children and families.
- Ability to handle conflict and difficult situations.
- Ability to work with extreme behaviors in children and adults.
- Excellent communications skills to facilitate meetings with children and parents.
